How do I join?
All you need to do is create an account here. If you have an existing account or email subscription there is no need to join - you are already entitled to enjoy and experience The Bilpin Orchard Club.
Will past orders count towards my level?
Unfortunately not. Orders placed after signing up will be counted towards your loyalty level.
How do I move up a level?
You will automatically be moved up a level once you have accumulated a balance over the spend threshold for each level.
How long will I stay in my level?
A 12-month rolling timer is activated once a customer enters a tier. For example, if you became a Level 3 'Gold' member on 1 August 2023, you need to spend between $500-$999 by 31 July 2024 to maintain your Level 3 'Gold' status. Should you not meed these tier requirements within the 12-month period, you will be downgraded the the tier below.
