As a member of the Bilpin Orchard Club, you earn points every time you shop with us whether online or at our Cellar Door retail outlet. Earning points helps you unlock exciting rewards and progress through our Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership tiers:

When you join, you automatically start at Bronze status. As you accumulate points, you move up through the ranks:

Unfortunately not. Orders placed after signing up will be counted towards your loyalty level.
You will automatically be moved up a level once you have accumulated a balance over the spend threshold for each level.
A 12-month rolling timer is activated once a customer enters a tier. For example, if you became a Level 3 'Gold' member on 1 August 2025, you need to spend between $1,700 by 31 July 2026 to maintain your Level 3 'Gold' status. Should you not meed these tier requirements within the 12-month period, you will be downgraded the the tier below.
