When are you open?

We are open every day of the year from 10am until 4pm - except Christmas
Day with the Cellar Door, Cider Bar and Farm Kiosk open. The Farm Kitchen is
open on weekends and Public Holidays.

Do you take bookings at the venue?

We take bookings for groups of 8+ people (adults or children). We do not take bookings for smaller groups however we generally have ample space and seating around the farm to accommodate all visitors.

What products does Bilpin Cider make?

We have a total of 14 varieties in the range, including 11 alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders, an alcoholic and non-alcoholic Ginger Beer and a beer, Handsome Charlie Golden Lager.

Do you do tastings?

Visitors can purchase a tasting paddle at the Cider Bar. This is 4 x 200ml glasses of their choice from the 14 varieties in the Bilpin Cider Co range.

What food do you have available?

On Saturday, Sunday and all Public Holidays except Christmas Day, the Farm Kitchen is open with a full menu. The Farm Kiosk is open seven days a week serving charcuterie, apple pie and coffee.

Do you need to book?

Bookings are not required for Cellar Door visitors unless it is a group of 8 people or more. Contact picnics@bilpincider.com for inquiries. Visitors can also pre book Picnic Hampers and charcuterie for weekends via our online shop.

Do you have Picnic Packages?

We have three standard Picnic Packages and a Gourmet Orchard Picnic option (including a private location in the orchard). Picnics are only available on weekends and must be booked via the online shop. Most dietary requirements can be catered for upon booking

Do you have any restrictions around bringing food/drink?  

We do not allow outside food and drinks in the venue however we will accommodate requests to bring a celebratory cake. This we can hold it in the cold room until required.

Do you have live music?

We have live music twice a month – The Third Sunday of each month (AKA Thirsty Third Sunday) and a second event depending on the month.

Are you pet friendly?

We are pet friendly with a few simple rules – they must be on a leash and supervised at
all times. Please pick up after your dog, we have poop bags available if you have forgotten your own. A water bowl for dogs is available. 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We prepare vegetarian gluten free dishes on request.

Do we need to bring our own chairs, cutlery etc?

Cutlery is served with all meals and generally we have ample seating both undercover and in the garden area. On busy days tables can be at a premium and we have picnic blankets available for more casual seating on the lawn. Visitors are welcome to bring their own chairs or picnic blanket.

How do you get there?

We are approximately 1.5 hours’ drive from Sydney CBD travelling through Richmond and up Bells Line of Road. Public transport and taxies are difficult to book.

Do you do tours

We do not do tours per se, however our grounds are open for visitors to walk around (approx 7 acres), through the orchard and visit our friendly farm animals, including Princess the Alpacas and Bruno & Teddy the miniature Donkeys.

Do you host events? 

We can cater for small events of up to 40 people by appointment. We do not host weddings and our venue is not available for exclusive hire as we are open to the general
