The Orchard Club Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 20th 2025

1. Introduction

The Bilpin Orchard Club Loyalty Program is a rewards program offered by Bilpin Cider Co.) to our valued customers. By joining the Program, members agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility & Enrolment

a) The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
b) No purchase is necessary to join. Customers can enroll via the Bilpin Cider website or at the Cellar Door.
c) Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each member is limited to one account.

3. Earning Points

Members can earn points in the following ways:

1. Sign-up Bonus: Earn 500 points upon joining and completing the customer profile.
2. Social Media Engagement: Earn 500 points by liking or following Bilpin Cider on Instagram and Facebook.
3. Google Review: Earn 750 points by posting a Google review for Bilpin Cider on Facebook.
4. Referral Program
• Earn 1,000 points when a referred friend makes their first purchase.
• The referred friend receives a 10% discount on their first purchase.
5. Purchases:
   • Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on purchases made via: The Bilpin Cider online shop and The Cellar Door retail shop.

Important Notes:

• Points will not be awarded for purchases made at the Bilpin Cider Bar or Farm Kitchen.
• Points may take up to 7 days to reflect in the members account
• Points are earned on the total transaction amount, excluding discounts, shipping fees, and taxes.

4. Membership Tiers

The Program consists of three membership levels based on total points earned:

1. Bronze Level (Entry Level) All new members start at this tier.
2. Silver Level Members who accumulate 9,000 points will be upgraded to Silver.
3. Gold Level Members who accumulate 17,000 points will be upgraded to Gold.

5. Membership Benefits

Each tier offers exclusive benefits:
Bronze Level Benefits

• Invitation to apple picking at Bilpin Cider.
• Free croquet on the Bilpin Cider grounds (value $25).

Silver Level Benefits

• Free shipping for one case of Bilpin Cider.
• One free tasting paddle at the Bilpin Cider Bar.

Gold Level Benefits

• One free case of Bilpin Cider of the members choice upon reaching Gold status.

Additional Notes: Benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
Some benefits can only be redeemed in person at Bilpin Cider.

6. Expiration of Points & Membership Status

Points do not expire as long as the member remains active in the Program.

If a member returns a purchase for a refund, any points earned on that transaction will be deducted from their account.

7. Program Restrictions

The Program is for personal use only. Commercial entities are not eligible.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted to cash.

Fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts, may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Changes to the Program

Bilpin Cider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to these terms will be communicated via email or through our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bilpin Cider is not responsible for lost or stolen points, unauthorized account access, or system errors affecting point balances.
