I recently purchased a case of the non-alcoholic cider from Bilpin Cider for Dry July, and I wanted to share some honest feedback.
To be completely transparent, I was a little disappointed with this particular batch. Given how consistently fantastic Bilpin’s non-alcoholic range usually is, this was unexpected. I suspect it may just be down to the natural sweetness of the fruit harvested for this season, which didn't quite hit the mark for my personal taste.
With the current cost of living crisis, I would highly recommend doing a taste test at their venue before committing to a whole case. Please don’t let my experience turn you off, though—Bilpin Cider is an amazing company that generally produces incredible drinks, and I still highly recommend them. All I am suggesting is that if you haven’t tried a specific variety before, it is definitely worth visiting them in person for a sample first!
